Integrated management for scrap yards
A custom operating system for scrap yards: point of purchase with per-material weight pricing, customer and category management, ticket issuance and reprinting, direct thermal printing and a real-time stats panel.

Daily operations mixed a calculator, loose paper sheets, an old cash register and a spreadsheet to track materials and shifting prices. Every purchase meant renegotiating price, jotting it down by hand, printing an informal receipt and, at the end of the day, trying to reconcile cash and stock with several hours of admin work.
We built a web app designed for tablet use at the counter: a drag-and-drop POS with materials by category, per-kg prices configurable on the fly, customer profile with history and automatic ticket printing on a thermal printer via a local agent. The stats panel shows revenue, materials and customers in real time, with automatic email closes at the end of each day.
The counter serves faster, prices adjust on the spot, tickets print without manual steps and management sees the day's operation in real time from any device.
