Automated subcontracting verifier for the Mexican IMSS

We built a web platform with a 6-step pipeline that reads the government CSV files and SUA XLS spreadsheets, normalises complex keys (RFC + employer registration number + contract number), and runs three analyzers in parallel to detect workers present in SUA but not declared, declared but not in SUA, and salary discrepancies.

The project

We document each case in three movements. No vanity metrics, no empty promises.

01
Challenge

Mexico's subcontracting reform forces companies to manually reconcile thousands of lines across government CSV contracts, worker layouts and IMSS SUA spreadsheets. Legal and HR teams spent weeks per close, errors exposed the company to fines, and any audit turned into a documentation nightmare.

02
Solution

We built a web platform with a 6-step pipeline that reads the government CSV files and SUA XLS spreadsheets, normalises complex keys (RFC + employer registration number + contract number), and runs three analyzers in parallel to detect workers present in SUA but not declared, declared but not in SUA, and salary discrepancies.

03
Outcome

What used to take weeks of manual reconciliation now runs in minutes with auditable results. The compliance team moves from hunting errors to fixing them, and every analysis is traced for later audits.
