Tailor-made ERP modules with corporate login
We designed and built a complete back-office tailored to the client's flow: orders, purchases, payments, customers, contacts and materials unified, with Microsoft 365 corporate authentication and PDF document export.
We document each case in three movements. No vanity metrics, no empty promises.
The operations team worked across disconnected spreadsheets and a generic commercial ERP that did not match their real supplier-order flow. Customer, material and payment data lived in separate systems, every order had to be re-keyed into the generic ERP, and delivery notes and invoices depended on manual Word templates.
We built a custom web application with order, purchase, payment, customer, contact and material modules wired to the client's actual process. We integrated Microsoft 365 login (Azure AD / MSAL) so every user signs in with their corporate account, and document generation runs in the browser with custom PDF templates. The interface is fully responsive and usable from a tablet on the warehouse floor.
A single entry point for the entire commercial cycle. Double data entry vanished, delivery notes are generated in seconds in their final format, and onboarding new users now takes minutes thanks to SSO.
